St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Team Leader for Food and Nutrition Services to lead and supervise all food service activities across tray lines, cafeteria, patient services and sanitation.

You will assign personnel, monitor performance, ensure meals are served on time and labeled, and uphold department policies while maintaining safe food handling.

Strong English communication and previous supervisory experience in food service preferred; High School diploma or equivalent.

• Previous supervisory experience in a food service environment.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilidades

• Assigns personnel to cover tray line, cafeteria, patient service and sanitation positions.
• Covers shorthanded areas by the least expensive method within established guidelines.
• Monitors the performance of Food and Nutrition Services staff and corrects problems.
• Ensures meals are served properly, attractively, on time and with correct labeling.
• Ensures sanitation and stock readiness for the next meal service.
