Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or related operations.
• Food Handler Permit required or equivalent certification.
• Ability to manage schedules and staffing effectively.

Responsibilities

• Open or close operations and run shifts in the absence of leadership.
• Oversee day to day operations and ensure service quality and safety.
• Assist with analytics, data entry, inventory, production, waste, and portion control.
• Prepare schedules and ensure staffing levels meet demands.
• Train, coach and supervise staff; handle customer complaints.
• Delegate duties; ensure food requisitions and catering deliveries.
• Assist other departments as needed; handle cash and policy enforcement.
