Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience.
Associate degree in nutrition, dietetics, culinary or related field, or Bachelor’s degree in one of those fields.
3 years of equivalent combination of education and food service-related experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree.
SERVSAFE MANAGER certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all food production, service, and dietary management to ensure nutritious, high-quality, and safe food for patients, staff, and visitors.
Manage and develop the culinary team and oversee inventory and procurement.
Monitor financial performance and drive continuous improvement while ensuring food safety compliance.
