Qualifications

• Two years experience in food service required.
• One year hospital nutrition experience required.
• Associates degree or equivalent upon hire.
• RD within 24 months required.
• CDM within 24 months required.
• ServSafe Manager upon hire required.
• ServSafe Gen within 60 days required.

Responsibilities

• Direct storeroom clerk and FNS team members; ensure operational needs.
• Collaborate on infection control to maintain a safe storage facility.
• Maintain communication with patients, staff and customers about services.
• Maintain adequate staffing within budget and assist in recruitment and performance.
• Collaborate in menu development for patient, cafeteria and catering services.
