Dignity Health - St. John’s Hospital Camarillo is seeking a Manager of Food & Nutrition Services to lead all aspects of food production, service, and nutritional management for patients, staff, and visitors.

You will oversee the culinary team, inventory, procurement, and financial performance while ensuring high standards of safety and quality. The role requires extensive food service leadership, a solid understanding of nutrition, and strong communication skills to inspire a team and align

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in food service.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Culinary or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of nutrition and food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee all food production, service, and dietary management.
• Manage and develop the culinary team and oversee inventory and procurement.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure food safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
• Contribute to development of new operational systems as part of the management team.
