Qualifications

Three years of supervisory experience in food service, preferably within healthcare.
Knowledge of nutrition and dietetics, HACCP guidelines, and hospital food service operations.

Responsibilities

Manage Departmental budget and position-related expenditures.
Perform purchasing, receiving, and inventory control of food and supplies.
Maintain sanitation, temperature control, and safe food handling per regulations.
Determine quantities and portions for patient meals and cafeteria service.
Ensure adequate staffing and supervision of department employees.
Coordinate production for patient meals and cafeteria line.
Develop cafeteria menus as needed.
Purchase food and supervise duties for special events.
