Job summary

JustFoodForDogs, LLC in Costa Mesa is seeking a Part-time Nutrition Sales Consultant to engage customers and their dogs in-store, recommending meals, treats, supplements, and other JFFD products. You will build relationships with pet parents, share pet nutrition knowledge, and help them choose wholesome options for their furry friends.

You will work to meet personal sales quotas, learn JFFD product details, and follow store policies and safety procedures while providing exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Passionate about health and nutrition for pets.
• Able to assist multiple customers at once while maintaining service quality.
• Good at assessing needs and guiding customers to suitable products.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers and their dogs in-store and recommend meals, treats, supplements, and other JFFD products.
• Learn and apply pet nutrition knowledge and JFFD product knowledge to influence pet parents to feed JFFD.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships; provide follow-up and ongoing support for customers.
• Adhere to merchandising standards, housekeeping, inventory management and POS policies.
• Follow JFFD policies and safety procedures including POS security.
• Meet personal sales quotas and communicate insights to General Manager to help Kitchen achieve its target.

Key Responsibilities
