AgeSpan is seeking a proactive Nutrition Program Manager to oversee Meals on Wheels and congregate dining across an assigned area in Massachusetts. You will supervise Site Coordinators, drivers, and volunteers, coordinate staff training, and drive quality assurance within the Nutrition Program.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a focus on customer service, with the ability to collaborate across departments and community partners.

Competenze

• BA or higher preferred with two years relevant management experience or high school diploma with five years of operations/staff management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, databases, and spreadsheets; strong organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Manage daily operations of the Nutrition program, Meals on Wheels and dining sites.
• Ensure coverage for Home delivered meals and congregate sites with proper scheduling.
• Train, recruit and orient new Site Coordinators, drivers and volunteers.
• Promote QA initiatives and conduct annual performance evaluations.
• Maintain relationships with community partners and internal teams to ensure effective communication.
