Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital is seeking a Nutrition Lab Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff in the Nutrition Lab service line. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, coordinating with medical teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The supervisor will lead hiring, training, performance reviews, and workflow improvements to support patient care and family needs within a pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field or equivalent education and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Nutrition Lab.
• Manage staff hiring, scheduling, performance feedback, discipline, training and coaching.
• Lead staff meetings and develop education and training to improve onboarding and outcomes.
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and KPI metrics for the Lab.
• Handle stocking and ordering of nutrition lab formulas and materials.
