Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Hospital or healthcare experience with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Phoenix Children's Nutrition Lab.
• Hire, schedule, coach staff; conduct performance feedback.
• Lead team meetings and support hospital initiatives.
• Develop KPI metrics for the Lab and improve processes.
• Manage formulas, milk stock, and related materials.
