Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in the food service industry is required.
• CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) certification is preferred; may be required within two years of hire.
• Serve Safe certification may be required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the quality of performance for employees on one’s team.
• Interviews, hires, counsels, disciplines and conducts performance reviews.
• Oversees staffing and scheduling to meet department needs.
• Ensures department meets all regulatory requirements.
