Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up assigned café station.
• Serve food to hospital employees, patients and visitors with safe handling and accurate charging.
• Label, date and rotate food items; discard expired items.
• Take temperatures of foods and record on log; note corrective actions.
• Process cash, credit and debit transactions accurately and issue receipts.
• Stock supplies to established par levels.
• Deliver meal trays to patients' rooms following protocols.
• Assist with tray setup for patients as needed.
• Collect unit carts after tray removal; maintain hygiene practices.
• Adhere to hand hygiene and isolation precautions in meal delivery.
• Ensure compliance with patient diet orders and restrictions; check trays for accuracy.
• Assist with light prep like plating desserts or snacks.
