Job summary

Piping Rock Health Products, Inc. is seeking a Formulator in Farmingdale, NY to plan, implement, and manage tests and research activities for supplement formulations. You will interpret results, assess data, and prepare reports while evaluating raw materials for pre-formulation to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutics (or closely related field) with at least 1 year of experience as a Jr. Formulator, plus 1 year of CGMP experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Pharmaceutics or closely related field plus 1 year of experience as a Jr. Formulator.
• 1 year of experience performing pre-formulation assessment and developing formulations using specified equipment.
• 1 year of experience ensuring compliance with 21 CFR Part 111 CGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage tests and research activities related to formulation of supplements.
• Interpret test results, assess data, draw conclusions, and prepare reports.
• Evaluate raw materials for pre-formulation assessment to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as liaison between R&D, Production, and Quality (QA & QC).
• Analyze and resolve identified deficiencies and monitor troubleshooting of products.
