Job summary

The role requires a Master’s degree in a related field and 8–12+ years in product development with 3–5 years of leadership, plus experience with dosage forms like capsules and tablets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field required.
• 8–12+ years in product development, formulation, and commercialization within nutraceutical/pharma/CDMO industries.
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Strong experience with tablets, capsules, powders, beadlets, and related dosage forms.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple product development programs through research, scale-up, and commercialization.
• Mentor formulation scientists, chemists, and R&D staff; oversee priorities and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with cGMPs, FDA regulations, and dietary supplement rules; prepare docs.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
