Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC is seeking an Infant Teacher to create a caring, safe classroom and implement a quality educational program for infants. You will observe children, document progress, and share updates with parents and staff while developing developmentally appropriate activities.

The role requires collaborating with the Curriculum Coordinator and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and professional development. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional child care experience.
• 2+ years of professional teaching experience with infants.
• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA certification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High energy and ability to foster a team environment.
• Understanding of child development and CPR/First Aid.
• Background check and health screening clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement curriculum with developmentally appropriate activities.
• Lead by example and coach teaching staff.
• Plan age-appropriate activities to promote growth.
• Communicate with parents through progress reports and conferences.
• Ensure center policies and state regulations are met.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and a healthy classroom environment.
• Supervise teacher assistants and volunteers.
• Maintain records and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Document children's interests and progress for staff/parents.
