Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC is seeking an assistant teacher to support the lead teacher in caring for infants aged 6 weeks to 6 months. You will partner with the lead to communicate with parents, manage feeding and sleeping schedules, and maintain a safe, clean classroom.

You will help create age-appropriate lesson plans, supervise children, and ensure routines are followed. This role requires a team player attitude and adherence to health screenings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must pass a health screening.
• Must be a team player and willing to work with others.
• Should be able to complete relevant trainings.
• Ability to take frequent walks, use hands and fingers, handle objects, kneel, bend, squat or crawl.
• Specific vision ability includes near and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create age appropriate lesson plans
• Supervise children constantly
• Stay on top of children's schedules with feedings, nap times, and diaper changing
• Keep the classroom organized and clean
• Communicate with parents throughout the day
