Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Four years of professional experience, including two years at the P11 level or one year at the P12 level.
• Ability to perform statewide program analysis, grant management, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide nursing workforce strategy through data analysis and research.
• Develop competitive RFIs and Grant Funding Opportunities (GFOs) and establish eligibility criteria.
• Design monitoring frameworks, data collection tools, and publish findings for statewide dissemination.
• Oversee ONP agreements and ensure compliance with BGP and EGrAMS requirements.
• Negotiate adjustments with grantees and manage program timelines and expenditures.
