Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active license
- Minimum 5+ years as staff nurse in acute care
- Strong nursing leadership and program development
- Experience collaborating with academic/community partners
- Proficient in change management and data-driven improvements
- Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
- Basic proficiency with MS Office suite
Responsibilities
- Lead strategies to improve nursing care delivery using data and industry best practices.
- Develop programs supporting career pathways for nursing staff.
- Collaborate with academic and community partners to create experiential learning opportunities.
- Assess and refine nursing programs to meet quality standards and magnet accreditation.
- Coach and mentor workforce innovation students and team members.
- Support transitions to practice and clinical workforce development initiatives.
- Publish nursing research outcomes and present findings.
- Coordinate with leaders to implement educational and process improvements.
