Job summary

AdventHealth Deland seeks an experienced Nursing Recruitment and Leadership professional to recruit, onboard, and develop nursing staff across units. You will supervise performance, manage budgets, and drive improvements in patient care using evidence-based practices.

The role requires a BSN with RN licensure, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Master’s degree and Florida licensure are preferred. 4+ years of nursing leadership experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Requires BSN and RN licensure with state registration.
• Experience leading nursing teams and implementing quality improvements preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified nursing personnel.
• Provide ongoing training and orientation for new staff.
• Lead performance evaluations and staff development initiatives.
• Develop and manage unit budget and seek cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and safe medication administration.
