Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers, facilitate unit communication.
• Answer phones and route information.
• Monitor patients and document vital signs and actions.
• Assist with IV therapy, splints, casts, and basic wound care.
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist with sterile tasks.
• Maintain equipment and supply systems; keep unit clean and stocked.
• Support nurses and physicians with tasks and patient activities.
