Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities as delegated by the Nurse.
• Provides hygiene, nutrition, elimination, skin care, comfort, and activity support.
• Performs vitals, measurements, and basic bedside lab tasks as trained.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
• Responds promptly to call lights and communicates with nursing staff.
