Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing.
• 1–2 years supervisory or leadership experience in long-term care.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise nursing staff on assigned unit (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Ensure high standards of resident care and clinical outcomes.
• Coordinate and oversee care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations for team members.
