NOW HIRING Day Shift Unit Manager

  • LPN Sign on Bonus - $6,000
  • RN Sign on Bonus - $8,000

Location: SKLD Beltline, Grand Rapids

Responsibilities
  • Provide, plan, coordinate, and manage nursing care and health education for residents.
  • Supervise nursing activities, ensuring quality care.
  • Assess and evaluate systems to facilitate quality resident care.
  • Use independent judgment while adhering to policies.
  • Interpret company policies and make informed decisions.
  • Protect resident rights, dignity, and safety, reporting any abuse or neglect.
Minimum Requirements
  • Current state license as RN or LPN.
  • CPR certification.
  • Management or supervisory experience in long-term care preferred.
