JOB SUMMARY :
Our dynamic Ethos team is seeking a full-time / remote Special Investigations Unit (SIU) Manager to conduct investigations in the personal lines areas : property and casualty insurance claims. This role is critical in developing and executing investigative action plans, communicating with pertinent claims handling partners, and providing accurate and informed recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in claims investigations (personal lines auto, and property), excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a high-performing team.

Education : Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies or related field (preferred)
