Responsibilities

• Assist patient experience and act as resource person for nursing staff and families.
• Utilize department software and Lotus Notes for emails and resources.
• Process orders/admissions/discharges and keep bed PCS systems up to date.
• Handle unit workflow, chart audits, and shift reports.
• Order supplies and coordinate with Operations Supervisor.
• Promote a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a preceptor and support scheduling needs.
• Maintain privacy and security of patient information per policies.
• Support patient- and family-centered care and respectful interactions.
• Acknowledge diverse populations and cultural needs in service delivery.
