Job summary

Umcelpaso is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator/Nursing Assistant to support the nursing unit with clerical and receptionist duties, medical record maintenance, and order processing. The role includes assisting visitors, staff, and health care teams while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

You will perform Nursing Assistant duties under supervision from a RN/LVN or manager. High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of UMC HUC training within six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of UMC HUC training within 6 months of hire.
• Nursing/Medical Assistant or RN training is preferred.
• RN-equivalent training from international programs is acceptable.
