The Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing at Guilderland is seeking a Full-time Nursing Unit Clerk for days, Monday–Friday, 7a–3p. On-site role with pay range $18–$22 hourly.

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation. You will keep patient records accurately, communicate with the care team and visitors, perform clerical duties, upload documents to the EMR, greet callers and visitors, track appointments, and help maintain the unit's medical information system to support

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
• Solid work ethic and dependable attitude are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Keep patient records accurately identified.
• Communicate with health care team, patients and visitors using verbal and written means.
• Assist with transporting to activities, rehab and appointments as needed.
