Lexington Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Tech to join the nursing care team on the night shift. The role provides direct patient care under a licensed nurse, assisting with activities of daily living, nutrition, transport, and data collection as part of a collaborative care environment.

Minimum education is a high school diploma with at least 1 year of nursing tech experience. BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire, and the position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1 Year of experience as a nurse tech.
• Required Certifications/Licensure: BLS required within the first 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Supports patient activities including nutrition services, transport, hygiene, mobility, and data collection.
• Participates in interventions related to the patient plan of care and reports changes to the nurse.
• Maintains safe, clean, and comfortable care environments and prepares rooms/equipment for admissions.
• Enters information into the electronic medical record and handles clerical duties as required.
• Restocks rooms with supplies and assists with environmental checks and discharge/transfer preparation.
