Lexington Health in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Nurse Technician to join the nursing care team on the day shift. You will provide direct patient care under a licensed nurse, assist with daily living activities, and support patient flow in a 7a-7p schedule with a sign-on bonus opportunity.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of nurse tech experience or related substitution, and BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience as a nurse tech preferred.
• 1 year of experience can substitute for CNA or fundamentals of nursing course.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living and daily hygiene.
• Support nutrition services, transport, and data collection as assigned.
• Enter information into the electronic medical record and maintain charts as required.
