Job summary

Chase City Health & Rehab Center is actively hiring a Nursing Supervisor - RN to join our nursing leadership team in Chase City, VA. The RN Supervisor provides clinical support and oversight to licensed nurses, CNAs, and other clinical staff while ensuring high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with physicians and pharmacies, promoting a collaborative work environment, contributing to QAPI, and overseeing care plans, charting, and regulatory

Qualifications

Licensed RN in Virginia with leadership/management experience.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct licensed nurses, CNAs, and other clinical staff.
Coordinate with physicians, extenders, pharmacies, and labs to ensure patient care.
Promote a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.
Support QAPI programs and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers and ensure accurate charting.
