Job summary

Qualifications
- RN supervision and leadership experience.
- Experience coordinating LPNs and CNAs.
- Ability to assess resident needs and evaluate care.
- Familiarity with QM/QI and care planning processes.
- Strong communication with multidisciplinary teams.
- Compliance with state nursing regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise delivery of care to residents and assess needs.
- Assess, administer, and evaluate nursing care; supervise LPNs and CNAs.
- Assist DON and Unit Manager with staffing, hiring, and orientation.
- Lead interdisciplinary care planning meetings and ensure plan compliance.
- Prepare reports on QM/QI indicators; track trends and drive improvements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
