Job summary

National Health Care Associates, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for the 11pm-7am shift at our West Hartford facility. You will lead an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident care, while overseeing operations, safety and policy compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license and has prior supervisory experience in long-term care. We offer a competitive package with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for professional growth.

What You'll Do

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Rate of Pay

USD $50.00 - USD $54.00 /Hr.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
