Shady Knoll Center for Health & Rehabilitation, part of National Health Care Associates, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to lead an interdisciplinary team and uphold exceptional resident care. This full-time role is based in Seymour, CT, offering a competitive hourly rate and a chance to mentor staff in a caring, compliant environment.

Qualified candidates will hold a current state nursing license, have leadership experience in LTC, and demonstrate strong clinical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

RN Nursing Supervisor

What You'll Do

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license
• Advanced degree or certification preferred
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
