Job summary

Hebrew Center for Health & Rehabilitation in West Hartford, CT is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for weekend shifts to lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure resident well-being, safety, and compliance with nursing policies.

You will oversee daily operations, staffing, care plan implementation, quality audits, and mentor staff in a fast-paced long-term care setting, with competitive compensation and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license.
• Advanced degree or certification preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

RN Supervisor for Weekends= 7am-7pm or 7-3, 3-11 Every other weekend.

What You’ll Do:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

Rate of Pay

USD $50.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.

What You’ll Bring:

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

• Valid state nursing license


• Advanced degree or certification preferred


• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred


• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care


• Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both


• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
