• Five years in long-term or acute care; two years supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate total resident care per physician orders and policies.
• Interpret policies to nursing staff and monitor practices.
• Participate in admissions decisions and initial resident visits.
• Attend management meetings to discuss resident status and staffing.
• Ensure compassionate quality care with adequate staffing and cleanliness.
• Other duties may be assigned with or without notice.
