• Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by this facility.
• Participate in facility surveys and update discharge plans as required.
• Chart nurses' notes and ensure accurate documentation of resident care and responses to treatments.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Provide leadership to nursing personnel and ensure staffing needs are met.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and quality standards in nursing care and documentation.
