Job summary

Pasadena Post Acute seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day nursing activities, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local guidelines, and maintain high-quality resident care during your tour of duty.

You will direct nursing staff, participate in policy development, collaborate with the DON/ADON, and support QA programs while ensuring accurate documentation and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising day-to-day nursing activities in long-term care.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities to ensure quality care.
• Develop and maintain Nursing Service Procedures Manual and policies.
• Coordinate with DON/ADON and other departments to ensure seamless resident care.
• Ensure staff compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and facility surveys.
