PACS Group is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in a long-term care facility in Texas. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local standards while maintaining high-quality resident care.

You will plan shifts, supervise staff, participate in quality assurance, and coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges. Requires RN licensure and strong leadership and documentation skills.

Competenze

• Must possess a Nursing Degree (RN) and be licensed in good standing.
• Proven leadership and supervisory ability over nursing staff.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and facility policies.
• Strong documentation and charting skills.

• Direct the day-to-day nursing activities of nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Review and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual as needed.
• Plan shifts, services, programs and activities for residents.
