Qualifications

• Florida RN license required and in good standing.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required or in process.

• Minimum three years of recent acute care nursing experience.
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of nursing operations during assigned shifts.
• Promote safe, high-quality, patient-centered care across the hospital.
• Serve as a clinical and administrative resource to nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate staffing assignments and workforce planning for patient coverage.
• Support patient throughput, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond to clinical, operational, and staffing concerns and resolve promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and department leaders to optimize care and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and safety initiatives.
• Assist during emergency response and lead during critical events.
