Qualifications

• Graduate of approved Licensed Registered Nurse School with current Colorado license.
• Able to supervise nurse aides and provide bedside nursing care.

Responsabilités

• Supervise nursing staff and CNAs; ensure quality neighbor care.
• Administer medications and treatments per Nurse Practice Act.
• Conduct regular shift rounds and monitor residents’ needs.
• Observe, document, and report health changes to DON or nurse supervisor.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and a safe clinical environment.
• Mentor new personnel and support ongoing staff development.
