Job summary

Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center is seeking a CNA Supervisor to lead the nursing team and ensure safe, person-centered care for residents. You will supervise CNAs, mentor team members, and help manage scheduling with the DON and ADON in a 40-hour weekly role.

The position requires a Colorado CNA license and at least 3 years in a skilled nursing setting, with strong leadership and computer skills. This is an in-person role with benefits and a structured on-site work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a skilled nursing community.
• Experience supervising others and training staff.
• Must have Colorado CNA license and graduate of an approved Nurse Aid program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNA team members, mentor staff, and provide direction.
• Schedule CNA staff and coordinate with DON/ADON.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Lead by example with professionalism and patient-centered care.
• Oversee rounds, attendance, and payroll-related reporting for CNA staff.
• Perform related clerical duties for the nursing department.
