Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center seeks a CN A Supervisor to lead the CNA team, schedule staff, and provide clerical support to the DON and ADON. The role emphasizes person-directed care, HIPAA compliance, and professional leadership within a nursing home setting.

The position requires CNA licensing in Colorado, prior supervisory experience in a skilled nursing community, and strong computer skills. On-site duties with a dynamic team and patient-centered focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience working in a skilled nursing community.
• Experience supervising others in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in NH (nursing home) preferred.
• Must read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNA team members (CNA Mentors, CNAs, EAs, SNAs, Meal Assistants) and provide mentorship.
• Schedule CNA staff and manage attendance, leaves, and staffing allocations.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and reporting; assist DON/ADON with clerical duties.
• Lead by example with professionalism and focus on person-directed care.
• Coordinate training, recruitment, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure accurate recording of all care provided and accurate payroll-related data.
