Texas Health Resources in Dallas seeks a Nursing Supervisor for Labor & Delivery (Full Time-Nights) to lead staff and uphold safe, compassionate care.

You will ensure policies, coordinate with leadership, monitor KPIs, and support patient-family centered care in a Magnet-designated facility with extensive maternity services. Requires RN licensure, ADN or BSN, leadership experience, and BCLS/NRP/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required with RN licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• 2+ years as a clinical nurse with leadership experience (charge nurse or equivalent) required.
• RN valid and BCLS, NRP, ACLS certifications current or within required timelines.
• IFM fetal monitoring training or perinatal nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to establish department policies and promote quality outcomes.
• Provide bedside leadership and clinical expertise to improve patient care.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance within Labor & Delivery.
• Offer guidance in emergencies and coordinate with staff for safe patient care.
