Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee and deliver patient care under a physician's plan, ensuring adherence to home health policies and regulatory standards. The role involves clinical leadership, care planning, and staff supervision across a Medicare-certified home health setting.

The Nursing Supervisor will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, educate patients and caregivers, and coordinate with physicians, case managers, and operations to optimize care delivery.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Florida and in good standing.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and care delivery.
• Familiarity with home health regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care under physician plan of care.
• Oversee patient assessment, care planning, education, and progress reviews.
• Train and supervise nursing staff; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with administrative leadership to maintain operations and regulatory compliance.
• Support plan of care development and communication with patients and caregivers.
• Participate in quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
