Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina required.
• 2 years clinical experience required; 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to manage staffing and patient placement.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to assess patient and staff placement.
• Coordinate with ED, nursing units, and Patient Placement for patient flow.
• Intercede in difficult patient/family situations and provide resolution.
• Support discharge processes and facilitate patient transitions.
• Monitor operations, patient care processes, and throughput; communicate with care managers.
