Job summary

Cape Fear Valley Health System in Fayetteville, NC seeks an experienced Nursing Administration leader to serve as a central point of contact for nursing issues in the absence of Nursing managers and administrators. This role coordinates bed assignments and patient placement to support safe and expeditious care.

The position requires RN licensure in North Carolina, an associate degree (bachelor preferred), and prior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital operations and staffing to support patient care processes.
