Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod, part of Mass General Brigham, seeks an experienced nurse leader to oversee administrative, operational and clinical duties in the evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This on-site role serves as the clinical resource and liaison for care teams.

You will coordinate with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and a safe, well-functioning environment while mentoring and guiding nursing staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's and Master's preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license required; BLS certification preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience 5–7 years; lead nursing experience 2–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin, operational, and clinical responsibilities during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve as the clinical resource on patient care and coordinate with medical staff to ensure optimal care and environment.
• Notify Administrator-On-Call of serious issues, incidents, and disasters as needed.
• Supervise patient care through nursing processes and provide direction to staff.
• Collaborate off-shift with support services to coordinate clinical care and environmental needs.
