Family & Children’s Services in Norman, OK seeks a Nurse Supervisor to support the manager in day-to-day nursing operations at a 24-hour Behavioral Health Crisis Center operating under the CCBHC model. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, providing direct care when needed, and ensuring trauma-informed, person-centered care for individuals in crisis.

The role requires an Oklahoma RN license, 5+ years of active licensure, and 1+ year supervisory experience; BSN is preferred.

Competenze

• ASN is required; BSN preferred.
• 5+ years of active RN licensure with current practice.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience; Charge Nurse experience applicable.
• Experience working with clients with mental illness and co-occurring disorders and/or substance abuse preferred.

Mansioni

• Ensure adequate nursing coverage and supervision on all shifts.
• Provide direct nursing care on the unit as needed.
• Ensure all services follow established protocols.
• Monitor and improve workflow for safety and efficiency.
• Maintain a daily presence to observe, assess, and adjust staff and client interactions.
