Qualifications

• ASN required for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 5+ years of active RN licensure with hands-on nursing experience.
• At least 1+ year of supervisory experience; Charge Nurse experience acceptable.
• Experience with mental illness and co-occurring disorders or substance use preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification or agency-approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate nursing coverage and supervision on all shifts.
• Provide direct nursing care on the unit as needed.
• Ensure services follow established protocols and safety standards.
• Monitor and improve workflow for safety and efficiency.
• Mentor staff in stress management and crisis interventions.
• Identify personnel issues in collaboration with Nurse Manager.
