Job summary

Peninsula Behavioral Health, a division of Covenant Health, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide leadership for care management administration on day shift. You will supervise nursing operations, act as a clinical resource, and ensure administrative oversight in the absence of other leaders.

The role requires RN licensure in Tennessee with CPR, prior psychiatric nursing supervision, and strong assessment and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Previous experience in psychiatric nursing; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current RN license in Tennessee; CPR certification required.
• Aptitude for leadership, assessment, and coordinating care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations during shift and serve as clinical resource for staff.
• Coordinate staffing, assign tasks, and manage patient flow.
• Lead incident reporting, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with other departments and participate in leadership meetings.
